The EvalRing is a tool created to support the match-making between demand and offer in the evaluation sector. It has been created and is managed by professional evaluators.
The EvalRing hosts a public, worldwide database of evaluators, which can be consulted for free. With the inclusion of their profiles in the database, the members of the EvalRing increase their targeted visibility on the internet. The database is consulted daily by organisations, businesses, public authorities and other institutions looking for professional evaluation specialists.
In order to be included in the database, evaluators shall subscribe and pay a yearly fee, which for 2008 costs only 30 Euro (about 45 USD).
In addition, the EvalRing provides job-seeker evaluators with an additional service: the publication of a commented directory of web resources publishing vacancy announcements. The consultation of this service is free.
The Members of the EvalRing are evaluators by profession; however the EvalRing is not a quality certification mechanism, or a professional association.
