This is a commented directory of web resources publishing announcements of vacancies, requests for proposals and tenders of interest to evaluators.

A few of these resources propose a service of
automatic broadcast of new postings, or a feed service. As an alternative, and for all of them, you can set your own update monitoring system with the use of simple utilities. An excellent freeware that you can use for this purpose is WebMon (click here); it needs to be setup carefully in order to limit the number of fake positive results.

We need your help to build up a truly comprehensive worldwide directory of these resources for job-seeker evaluators. Do you know other web resources that are missing here? Send us their weblink with the use of the following form. Thanks for your cooperation.

This directory includes the following sections; links within each section are organised in alphabetical order.
1) International organisations
2) Foundations, NGOs
3) Consulting companies
4) Third-party services
5) Evaluation societies
6) Forums on evaluation
Section 1 - International organisations
These are vacancy pages of international organisations. With just one exception, they are not evaluation-specific. Their opportunities in the evaluation sector are however published here.
Section 2 - Foundations, NGOs
This is surely the section for which we need the most of contributions.
Section 3 - Consulting companies
Medium-to-large consulting companies often hire independent consultants -including evaluators, on project basis. Several of these businesses publish on the web their vacancies and project opportunities. In most of the cases, working with these businesses is the only way for individual consultants to work with organisations such as the European Commission, which do not hire individual experts on contract-basis.
Section 4 - Third-party services
Some resources re-publish vacancy announcements of private businesses and organisations addressed to consultants. A few of these announcements are of interest for evaluators. Some of these resources are for-profit services, meaning that these organisations charge for their services either the advertisers; or the consultants. Others charge a success fee to the employer.
Section 5 - Evaluation societies
Some evaluation societies (or alike) publish job opportunities in the evaluation sector. Some of these societies have a predominantly national focus, while others have a larges field of interest.
Section 5 - Forums on evaluation
From time to time, participants to these forums post announcement of vacancies for evaluators; they are usually re-posting of announcements published on other resources. In order to receive these postings you need to subscribe to the forums of your interest. No selection by type of posting is possible, meaning that after subscription you will receive all the postings of the forums that you have subscribed with.
